Khalil Tamaddun has power of attorney for Mr. Kamran, who has joint ownership of a property in Khalajrud with the deceased Salar Lashkar [‘Izzat al-Saltanah's husband] and his heirs. He writes to ‘Izzat al-Saltanah regarding his client's interest in either buying her share for ten to twelve tumans or selling his own share to her with the same price.

Petition from the late Sayyid Javad's son-in-law regarding the writer's property that was in the hands of Muhammad Ibrahim, son of Mulla ‘Abd al-Husayn. Muhammad Ibrahim was son of Sayyid Javad's sister and has claimed this property as his mother's share of the inheritance. According to the writer, Sayyid Javad's sons had settled with the late Mulla ‘Abd al-Husayn and received one hundred tumans as their share. However, the writer had refused to settle at this price. An ageement over a farm in Asadabad. Taji Khanum claims the farm has been seized by Khusraw Khan, but Khusraw Khan denies this claim and says he has bought the farm; both parties have been asked to get a lawyer and prove their claims ten days after signing this draft.
